COOLING ISSUES

  1. The first thing to check is the heat dissipation of the condenser because most of the problems with cooling happen here. The primary factor is the aluminum sheet's ability to dissipate heat, essential in cooling. The heat dissipation sheet must be cleaned frequently to alleviate cooling issues.

  2. When it comes to cooling issues, the refrigerant is not always enough. Be sure to inspect the pressure gauge.

  3. Compressor failure can also cause cooling issues. Check the compressor by touching the outer wall of the air pipeline by hand to feel if there is little or no temperature difference. Open the box plate and touch the inlet and outlet of the compressor. There is an issue if the high-pressure pipe is warm and the low-pressure pipe is cold.

  4. If, upon inspection, the high and low-pressure gauges of the refrigerant are all zero, then it is necessary to check for leaks. If the high pressure is very high and the low pressure is very low, the filter is blocked. If there is still pressure when the refrigerant is evacuated, the evaporator is leaking.

  5. Check whether the drainage of the cold dryer is normal.

  6. Check the temperature and outgoing air.

  7. Condensation should not occur on the compressor, so it is necessary to check, especially if the return air pipe has condensation.

In addition to the inspections above, it is also essential to inspect the inside of the dryer using the following steps:

  1. Check whether the expansion effect of the expansion valve of the unit is normal.

  2. Check whether the high pressure of the refrigerant is within the normal value (12~18Bar generally used R22 type refrigerant).

  3. Check whether the low pressure of the refrigerant is within the normal value (3~5Bar).

  4. Check whether the intake air temperature of the refrigerated dryer is too high (because the load of the refrigerated dryer is determined by the intake air temperature of the machine, the higher the intake air temperature, the heavier the load of the refrigerating machine). The primary solution to the above problems: First, slightly open the lower drain of the air storage tank, drain the water, and check whether the refrigerant pressure is lower than the normal value. Secondly, check the circuit to see if there is a problem with the control part of the cooler, then check if the cooling water is normal for the water-cooled machine. Finally, it should be noted that the normal temperature of the refrigerant compressor is about 90C, and the temperature of the equipment should be paid attention to.
